Sir, My name is Ranjit residing in Bhopal. On 23-May-2016 I bought Micromax Canvas Q412 through snapdeal. On 10-September-2016 I went to one of your customer care provider regarding my handsfree. It wasn't functioning. So I went to a local customer care provider, registered a complaint regarding my handsfree to replace it. I thought they may provide it the moment itself. As I own another mobile which is HTC Desire 820. When my htc handfree wasn't functioning properly, Htc providers provided me the handsfree the moment I went to them. But in your company's case, i.e., when I went to customer care provider of micromax on 10-Sept they gave me a Jobsheet & asked me to come on 25-Sept. I was shocked. For a small headphone I have to wait 15 days? Seriously? Somehow I managed & went there on 26- sept with the Jobsheet for receiving my handsfree under warranty. The moment I stepped inside to the moment I stepped out, I only had inconvenience. Firstly, they weren't responding to my query properly. They were busy in chatting with their colleagues. Secondly, somehow when they got time for me they took my jobsheet & asked me to wait in the sitting area. I sat there waiting for their call. 30 mins passed but no call came. Then I went to them & asked them to clear my query fast. Consequently, he asked me which model mobile is yours? I replied them. Then he took a box with their stock of headphones. He couldn't fine the one of my model. The person over there did something which made feel disgusting. He said, he don't have the correct headphone of my model & then he asked his colleague sitting next to him to give him a headphone. I thought he might take it from any other box. But what he did is, he took a headphone from his pocket, which he used to use & he handed that to him. And the executive who was handling my query took that headphone & gave me and said, "Take this headphone". I felt so disgusted by his behaviour. I asked him to provide me duly packed & sealed handsfree. So he said in a rude behaviour that he doesn't have it in stock so take this one. I rejected his offer. Then he started behaving rudely & asked me to go out of care centre. Is this how Micromax deal with customers? Was this information helpful? | |||||
