I have purchased a Micromax canvas knight 2 E471 mobile phone through internet with invoice date 03.12.2015. After receiving I found that the voice of the mobile is not working. I gave complaint with reference no.-SER[protected], but did not get any response. Further I complained with ref. no.SER[protected], and also didnot get any response. Further I contacted through costomer care no, and after lots of effort and tension it was replaced. But the same mobile phone is making problem repeatedly, and giving too much of tensions. Some times it is getting hanged and not responding, after some hours it becomes OK, but again other problems like the phone numbers saved in the phone get deleted and create mental tensions and causes loss. Now since some days it is very difficult to make a call, since it did not respond, when I tried to make a call and the call box closed repeatedly. Further the speaker of the phone is not working. It is giving lots of pain, mental tension and some times financial tension during making payment through the internet by using this phone. So, I am in a great trouble and want a permanent solution of this problem at the earliest. Otherwise I will take the help of the consumer court. Do the need full as early as possible.
