[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Micromax canvas mobile given for service on december 8, 2015 and not received till now | |||
I purchased micromax canvas spark Q380 on[protected], it stopped on 5th of December. i went to service center on 8th of December and submitted my mobile. since then it is not returned to me, whenever I contacted on phone they say that the server is slow and unable to fetch the information and will give a return call. till now not even once they have replied. the Job sheet of the company service is dated 8/12/2015, with Docket No: S[protected]. i am fed up with the service of the company, please refund the amount of the product immideately. looking forward for a healthy reply...
