Hi I have bayed this phone on 09 jan 2016 But unfortunately the display of phone some time becomes non responsive i have submitted the phone to your service center they have given me phone after 15 to 20 days. Again shortly i visit to your service center for the same problem then they said you have to submit your phone again with us. I am surprised that being a very good and renound company what the service peoples are doing with us, how is it possible for me to submit my phone, you peoples knows very well the use of mobile phone is how much important for any working peoples. How is it possible for me to submit my phone to your company, that means i have to buy new phone for my use, even their is a loss of all data and many more information which we cant retrieve How ever the phone is ultimate performance before this problem, and it is quite not possible for a salaried person to buy or spend money on new phone for me O it is a humble request to you kindly give me a good solution and expecting a good reply form your side Thanks [protected] Imei no.
