[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Micromax canvas tab p480 | |||
Job sheet number: n[protected] Jobsheet date: 02/03/2014 Problem : power does not switch on I am extremely upset with the services and update given to me by micromax. I bought a micromax canvas tab p480 on 25 feb 2016 and it was dead just after 7 days from buying.. I gave it to micromax server center in noida (Galore services, sector 22) and was informed that the tab would be sent to micromax company for the repair and it would take around 30 days for the repairs. But every time i call up micromax customer care they would ask me wait for 21 days more. I have called them 5 times and they are still saying 21 days.. It is more than 60 days now since i have given my tab for repairs and i am still waiting. This is ridiculous. It is extremely frustrating to get no proper update from the micromax customer care on when i would get my tab repaired. I request you to please intervene and help me in getting my repaired tab back Was this information helpful? | |||
