DEAR SIR, My micromax handset, E 311, still under warranty was given at the service center in Moradabad for software upgrade on 28/1/16. complaint nbr ... N[protected] After following uo several times the service center is not giving any information / reply / comment on the status of my handset . Its bee over a month, and im afraid the phone will run out of warranty . I needa replacement ASAP ..and at the least someone to answer . Was this information helpful? | |||
