My Jobsheet No. is N[protected] It is a matter of extreme displeasure that I have to make efforts and write this mail, I am waiting for my mobile to get repaired from last 15 days and every time, I approach the service centre I get the same response that it will take few more days. I had bought the mobile keeping in mind the reputation of your company. But I am totally disappointed with the product and service, first of all the device was not up to the mark and stopped working in a few months after purchase without any reason. Secondly when approached service centre they are least interested in quick service and customer satisfaction. I am also working in a service industry and I can guarantee you that I could have lost my job if such thing happened in my company. I am suffering from last 15 days without phone and have missed many deadlines due to that. It’s high time that you Please look into the matter and rectify the same.
