Dear team,
This is with reference to my job sheet no. N[protected] I submitted my mobile with the authorised service centre of Micromax on 12 March 2016 and was told that I will get my replaced phone (in warranty period) in the next maximum 20 days and i will be informed accordingly.
But now it's more than a month now still there is no satisfactory response from the service centre and above that they donot pick up the calls until I visit them in personal. Moreover, I registered this issue with the micromax (SER[protected] but there also I didnt received any response. Dont know what are they doing with my mobile. It can very well be imagined that without a smartphone its very inconvenience to a person.
