At 28th July 2020, I had ordered Micromax mobile named in 2b model from https://micromaxinfo.com. Which is
official website of Micromax mobile company. After more than 30 days passed I did not received my parcel.
Worst of it parcel keep showing for last 30 days at same location at dispatch place. For last 1 month I keep raising my complaint at Micromax onine customer care, but they dont reply anything, worst they had blocked my
mobile no from system. While otherhand Delhivery courier company have no customer department for complaint.
I had told them many times if they cant send me at appropriate date then I cant able to receive product due to out of the town situation.
While I was out of town on 28 Aug 2020, parcel got return and gone back to their warehouse at 2 Sep 2022. While on delhivery site it keep showing that parcel had received by Micromax but their customer care is not accepting the truth. You can check it via courier site, plus I had attached screen shot.
If this time consumer fourm failed to provide justice then I have no option but to file Police complaint against Micromax India in charge of Fraud.
Please help me to get my money back.
