(32 inches) HD Ready LED
Smart TV 2018 Edition
on 28th Oct-2018 with Invoice Number # FABCEI[protected] which was purchased from Flipkart.Order ID: OD[protected] &
IMEI/Serial No: 00347A[protected].
installation was done on 31st of Oct-2018 as the product i.e LED TV was not working properly with given features so that I had made the 1st complaint on 3rd nov 2018 with ref no:[protected] as one of the service rep came and went off without any proper resolution and just simply saying as use it boss no issue its just a minor issue after that I had gote a service SMS with ref no:[protected]. but I was not at all satisfied with that unused asset from Micromax I need an exchange of product hoping so you people will resolve this issue for me you or your team can get in contact with me with my contact number: [protected]
