This is regarding complain for micromax mobile purchased in oct 2015 from amazon. In December 2015 onwards phone is not working. Have given the same to micromax service centre and no response is received from there. They have taken the cell for repair. Have called many times but no response is received. We are middle class people. Have saved funds and purchased cell of rs 8000/-. Since the time of purchase we are in trouble and not getting any proper response. I m attaching herewith my jobcard received from your service centre ahmedabad – Gujarat. Request you to please take this complain as serious note and help for the same. It has been more than 1 month. neither I have received my cell back and nor any response is received from your service centre . this service centre is worst and not responding and just answering that we are not here to help.if any problem you are facing – please mail to you. I Shivam regular customer of your Product Mobile phone Micromax Canvas A 300 (11 month warrantee) using this for few months. On 07.3.2016, I sent for repair at Service Centre Nirvan Vihar due to out of order in this phone(like slot, Bluetooth problems, network problems etc). The informed us that we repaired with any private shop.
On 06.3.2016, I visited at Rajasthan recently for an urgent work. Where this mobile switch off. In a urgent situation I show this mobile set with a mobile repair shop. They switch on without changing any parts.
Please advise me in this condition, what I do?. Should I leave all urgent work to attend your authorised service centre. If we not show this person, then how it is connectivity possible. Probably not. As a customer we are using too precious your product worth Rs. 15000/- to 20000/- to contact your authorised service centre.
The all responsible authorities of Micromax to look into this matter urgently & take appropriate action to serve the same immediately.
