Micromax Informatics — Micromax not giving me good phone in replacement | |||||
Hiii my name is Raman I bought a Micromax phone canvas 5 e481 one month back from snapdeal but after using phone for a day I saw a problem regarding WiFi I compalnt in Micromax care and they changed my phone but the new phone has problem of hanging I only used that phone for 2 days now the Micromax care says they will replac that phone I had given them phone back but now they are not giving Me new phone they are giving me problem. They say they will give me my phone back in 7 days but now it is nearly a month. They always give excuse. Sir I am requesting you to kindly take the action please.
