[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Micromax poor customer response and worst design model E481 | |||
I have owned Micromax Canvas E481 mobile phone on dated december 5th 2015. this phone is having problems of battery not at all charging, touch screen problem constantly and over heating issues daily I have sent to customer care service for 4 times for the first time they replace my mobile with new mobile second time they have checked the problem and they have solved it third it is having problem again so i have given to Micromax customer care support and it is being travelling for 4 months till today, i have used hardly for 1 month in 6 months of warranty period from December 5th 2015 to June 28th 2016 the mobile is being circulated from me to your customer care for past 4 months I am attaching the photo copy of the job sheet along with this mail please kindly you reply me I will be waiting for your reply eagerly please reply me as soon as possible as you can sir I am really frustrated of having this mobile this is not worth for 12000 rupees what I have been paid for when I am calling to your customer care support the executive is attending the call and he is not at all responding properly and he is switching off the phone when I have telling him to transfer to higher officials he is not doing so rayapeddi.[protected]@gmail.com [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I have sent to customer care service for 4 times
