During the month of February 2016 our TV set suddenly stopped working, after which we filed a complaint with the customer care. On 29th February, 2016, a person from Micromax Excel Agency came to check our TV. He took 550 as visiting charges and said our mother board is damaged. After which, on 10th March, he visited our home to replace the so-called defective motherboard. He is now refusing to give us a pakka bill because we have refused to return the damaged part. The damaged part which is our entitled property since we are paying in full for the new part. He is threatening us to remove the new part he has installed and is also asking for an additional amount to give us a bill without taking along the old damaged component. Kindly look into the matter.
