[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Micromax yu yureka ao5510 | |||||
I submitted my Yu Yureka pone in a service center, which was well in warranty on 6th Jan 2016, due to charging port issues. The company has a policy to replace the handset within 30 days and deliver it back to the consumer. Today its 8th Feb and till now I haven't received it and I have communicated with them through e-mail as well. The e-mail conversation screenshot i can attach where they just don't tell on which date I will get my phone.
