I unhapply want to say that.i have micromax canvas spark. I am facing mobile hanging and switch off problem continuous thrice time in two month. I had already visit your custemer care sector 20, chandigarh twice in two month.third time I am facing same problem. Your care return me after 21 days but every time i got same problem. Care told me that i have changed the mother board. But he couldnot able to solve my problem.my second time job sheet no. N[protected] .my self chandan kumar .mob [protected].next month my warranty will expire. Sir how will able to faith on customer care.plz do need ful help.
