Micromax Informatics — Mobile not repaired | |||
This is Jitendra Bauddha from G-15 Sector 6 Noida. Guys I would like to update you that i have a micromax mobile terbo a250 mobile, which was 4 months under warranty. It has occurred some software related problem, So I have submitted it to M/S SATGURU COMMUNICATION Shop No-1, GF, Dharampali Palace, Near Vinayak Hospital, Sector -27, Noida, Noida (Delhi/NCR) . He told me that your phone will repair within 10-15 days, but now its 60 days past and there are no any response i got from service center. Whenever i tried to call on given number No. ([protected],[protected] no-one picked the calls Whenever i call to customer care they always said same word that your mobile will repaired 15-20 days. same words i listen on date 15th feb, 22nd feb and 29th feb. i do not know that how many hrs in a day of micromax bcz there no days less when i called customer care. So This is my humble request to you please help me to get back my mobile back, as soon as possible or provide a replacement mobile till mobile not repaired Regards, Was this information helpful? | |||
