i purchase a mobile micromax q335 gray on dated 03/09/15 its very good working beautiful good feature but any problem come in my mobile in feb 2016 i go customer care (shri comnication in sirsa haryana 125055) job sheet no. NO[protected]/24391514 he check and tell me come in april 2016 then your mobile give u in good condition i agree but my mobile not give me till date today i go in customer care he tell me your mobile not repair we give u other mobile i agree but when i see mobile i check this mobile is recon/ old repaired and raugh bad condition i m not agree i purchase new mobile as per norms your company give me my money back otherwise give me new mobile same model so i request to you please help me and give my mobile as soon as possible
