Micromax Informatics — Mobile phone not working | |||||
I had purchased a new micromax mobile phone A290 on 2/8/15 having IMEI no. [protected] & [protected]. At the time of purchase 1 SIM slot found broken for which I asked for replacement of mobile set. The shopkeeper told that there is no replacement. Moreover the mobile was under warranty. He suggested me to go to micromax care center for repair of the broken Slot and care center charged me Rs. 350 on 25/8/15. I got it repaired. After few months 2nd problem came, the mobile not charging then I again went to service centre for repair and they charged me Rs. 780 on 2/4/16' After 2nd repair I had seen a light cross Mark on the screen, it seems that screen is crack but care center told me that there is not an issue in the working of mobile and I had taken it back but after few days nothing had been visible in the screen then I again went to care center 3rd time and shown the mobile to care center and they told me that the display is damaged and needs to be replaced for which the repairing price is Rs. 5500. I had purchased the mobile for Rs. 8000 and till now I have charged Rs. 6630, also I have taken 4 leaves for that which costs me Rs. 1500. I have paid more than the mobile cost in repair. I feel that I have choosen the wrong company for mobile I.e. Micromax, a renound company which have sale more than any other mobile company. Now the phone is not at all working.
