Hi, On 13 june 2016 i was submitted my mobile phone (micromax nitro a310) to repair. at the time of submission they said it will take max 7 days to repair and when i call them after 7 days they told me that it will take 3-4 more days i said ok no problem then i call them again after 7 days and the reply was same and then again and again. today it 16th jully more than a month and they still saying it will take 4 to 5 days. I have submitted rs. 2000 as a advance payment and i ask them to refund the amount and mobile if you are not able to repair it i will go with some other service centre. but they are not in favour to return or repair. It is really a frustrating experience with this service centre. please help me to get this resolved asap.
