Dear sir, i bought your company phone a120 dual sim on may 2015. But the problem i face with phone is network problem means only 1sim work in this phone so i went your customer service center shimla three time for the same problem but i didn't get any satisfaction answer with there service the way the treat their customers and with phone the problem was the same (Job sheet no. No[protected] and last time they told me that they will change my handset and provide a new but now they give me a handset model a310 but second hand old phone and moreover they didn't give me any slip of this phone and no worrenty nothing except phone. Now if i got any problem with this phone i don't have any worrenty card nothing to show. So it's my request to do any action on this otherwise i am going to see you in consumer court.
