Micromax Informatics — My mobile device e311 having issues not getting resolved by the company/service centers | |||||
I leave in pune, maharashtra. i was facing a problem with my handset. it's screen light is off even though unlock button is pressed. i handed over my handset to below micromax service center three time for the same issue. M/s f-tech services Chanchal appratment, office no. 3, sanghavi, nagar, aundh, pune, pune, maharashtra They sent it to their head office service center for repair but the problem is not yet resolved. every time they took 1.5 months to return back the handset. even though the problem is not resolved. i requested customer care to change the handset but they don't listen to me. No action is yet taken. My efforts are fail.
Biggest problem. Micromax made handset is not getting repaired by Micromax people.
Please see below my earlier work orders or job sheets but the problem is still present my handset is DEAD.

Some tickets numbers were getting created after sending email to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com:

How much time do I need to tell you that this is not going to repair and just replace it? Check all histories of my tickets/WO/calls properly and check how third class service you are providing to customers.
This work order W[protected] was actually for replacement but MIcromax people did some stupid work from their head office and sent back the same old device to me. As expected it is DEAD AGAIN in just half day again.
I have lost my 10 K after buying this device.
