Micromax Informatics — My phone is in service centre but still they haven't made yet

My micromax new set micromax impulse is submitted in. Micromax service centre since 1 month and they havnt made yet when ever i call them they say we are having problem to make it it will take some time. Please help me to bring my phone back in a good condition as early as possible
Just 2 months before i have buyied this set but this set os having mic problem and some of the softwares problem
The customer care is telling that we are unable to make you phone please help me to replace my phone with new handset its in warramty period only 2 months i have used
