Micromax Informatics — My phone is still under processable

I have purchased micromax canvas doodle 3 and its one sim slot is not work, i submitted to micromax care for repair at 20/10/2015. But there is no any update about my phone i have inquired many time but they give date for receive. i had also compliant in Micromax helpline but they also give date . 4 moth passed but my phone is now in under process . plz action on them
