[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Network (Signal) not working | |||||
This is to inform you that, my mobile micromax a350 got switch on button problem(not work)happened on 07/11/2015.Then i give to service center for service-service no-s[protected].After service, i get the mobile from service center.On that time my mobile network(signal) not working.Again i give the mobile to service center for the problem of network signal issue on 16/11/2015 service no-s[protected].Without sort out the signal problem service center handover my mobile to me with acknowledgement of mobile condition ok.But still the problem not solved from service center.Again i handover the mobile to service center.No proper response received form service center regarding of my mobile repair status.Finally they concluded problematic mobile send to l3 service center.But still now mobile not received & service center team said, mail reply not received from l3 service center. Note-the period of my mobile service time up to 3 months above & still not received. Please kindly look into this issue & handover my mobile as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
