[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — No call back yet, laptop is locked and they have asked for money for replacement of laptop which is yet under warranty | |||||
I bought Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1161 Laptop for my family in December, 2015. Owing to some technical errors the lapbook got locked. Since 1st of February, 2016, I have been calling Micromax customer care ever yday. They assure me everyday that I will receive a call back, but I am yet to receive a call back. On two occasion they assured me that, your case will be taken on priority basis, but of no use. A fact hidden by Micromax is that the lapbook is not repairable, and I have to pay money for replacement. I do not understand, what does 1 year warranty stand for. It has been a week, I am yet to receive their call back. Snapdeal is also responsible is this case, as it is the one that had the tie up and exclusively authorized at that time to sell the laptop. I REQUEST ALL THE CUSTOMERS NOT TO BUY MICROMAX PRODUCTS. THEY WOULD NEVER RECEIVE YOUR COMPLAINT. Was this information helpful? | |||||
