[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — No response from service provider | |||||
Dear Sir, Greetings of the day.I have purchased Micromax Canvas P 480 Tab (IMEI/ESN : [protected]/[protected] & MODEL CODE: [protected]) for my child but it got defected as battery not charging in warranty period. I went to your service center at Sec-30C, Chandigarh then they took approx 20 days for repair. The device got same problem at the same day after collection from service center. However, I again submitted it vide N[protected] dated 28 Apr 16 for repair at same service center and it is still waiting. This device is defected one and I am not able to get it repaired so frequently. So that you are requested to change my device as or should I go to consumer forum for my problem.
