Micromax Informatics — Non cooperation from micromax customer care to resolve problem in canvas mobile

Sir/Madam,
I had purchased Micromax Canvas HD (A-116) from Gujarat. It was a awesome device but before 2-3 days, the cell phone being off automatically. At Micromax Customer care centre in agartala, they refused to entertained to repair this device.According to them this set is old one and now they will not accept to repair it. Also currently the company is not making this set .
So i am requesting you to help me out.
