Micromax Informatics — Not returning back my phone

My name is Nikhil. My phone model is - Micromax unite2 (grey) I gave my phone for repairing at Micromax repairing center kottayam. S. I no 6195.They said they have given the phone to ernakulam service centre fo replacing board. Its now 30 days passed. They are not repairing my phone neither giving it back. I am not having alternative phone to use. After mailing them I am getting same reply but no constructive answer from them. I want my phone as early as possible.
