Micromax Informatics — Phone under process from five months

I faced problem in my canvas knight (A350 black & gold) charging jack and i deposited my phone to micromax customer care center M/S rapid communication (vikaspuri) WZ-1, Ganesh nagar, opp metro pillar no.535 new delhi pin code 110018 on 5/9/15 they told me to return it back in 7-10 days which will costs me 1200 rupees. I visited center 5 times and they use to extend the date. In the meanwhile they had broken my back glass and battery accidentally but when i visited center on 5/10/15 i saw them replacing battery from a white coloured canvas knight to my phone(they replaced with a old battery). Ultimately they told me that phone is ready. I had a souvenir of pointed scratch on upper golden part of my phone and rest was completely furnished but when i checked my phone there were no souvenir found on top but there were several other marks and heavy scratches (they had changed golden covering), which too was not perfectly fixed. Now it has a permanent deformation in body which was not acceptable for me. when i complaint them they told me that it will get fixed as glue dries but, it doesn't. when i used my phone deeply i found that now there are several other problems which never happen before :- 1) Response time was too much 2) For almost one hour power button and both volume keys stopped working. 3) I deleted 5-6 GB still it was getting hang.Earlier i use to fill memory full but it never hanged and now it is very shocking for me. 4) As mentioned above body was deformed & changed. 5) lots of scratches on golden part and rubber between screen and golden covering. 5) Most important after few hours charging jack stopped working for which i gave 1200 rupees and left my mobile for 1 complete month. 6) Phone touch is not giving fast response (system was too slow). 7) lagging when multitasking. On 10/10/2015 i again submitted my phone to that same service center for replacement as i am not going to take that phone in any cost i want replacement with new A350 b&g. Its being nearly 5 months that i had submitted my phone to micromax service center. Every time i visit there service center or call customer care they provide me a new date of 15-20 days and extend again. I am facing too much problems without my phone in daily life. I don't know what to do they are not providing my phone. Every-time i call, they told that my phone is under process "we will give it to you in 15 days" and again after 15 days they again extend date for 15 days. I want replacement with same model (A350 Black & Gold) urgently.
On 05/01/2016 I recived a call from [protected] micromax they told me that there vikaspuri service center has being permanently closed.
Customer care says that my phone reached to service center.But rapid communication said they'll provide my replaced handset to me at janak puri east metro station so i call them to collect my phone but they extended the date saying that their manager is having my phone with him and he is hospitalised.
How could i confirm that i will get the genuine product? means the handset or parts are not changed replaced by service center & it is the same piece replaced and send by company.
can i get the IMEI code of handset send by the company to ensure that service center is going to give me the new and fresh phone without any alteration.
I am an engineering student and live in hostel in U.P. I am facing too much problems without my phone in daily life.
Now its high time and i want authority concerns should wake up and do the needful.
