It is a matter of extreme displeasure that I have to make efforts and write this mail, I am waiting for my mobile to get repaired from last 16 days and every time, I approach the service centre I get the same response that it will take few more days. I had bought the mobile keeping in mind the reputation of your company. But I am totally disappointed with the product and service, first of all the device was not up to the mark and stopped working in a few months after purchase without any reason. Secondly when approached service centre they are least interested in quick service and customer satisfaction.
I am also working in a service industry and I can guarantee you that I could have lost my job if such thing happened in my company.
I am suffering from last 15 days without phone and have missed many deadlines due to that.
It’s high time that you Please look into the matter and rectify the same.
Hope this mail will land up with someone who’s responsible and is a genuine person who understands what customer service and customer satisfaction means.
