I really feel sorry for myself purchasing a micromax product. I purchased micromax canvas mega on 21/05/2017 from a retailer at kollam, kerala. After using for two months it started showing some display problems and i contacted our nearby micromax service centre. I was told that the display has to be replaced which will take two week and i submitted the phone on 17/08/2017 at micromax service centre, kollam. Still now i haven't got the mobile repaired. My mob reference no: in the customer service centre is s[protected]. Kindly do the needful to help me regarding thisissue so that customers like me would have some trust in your products and services in the future
