From last 11 days i received this same answer but No any action taken by your Team.

Help desk team can not able to solve this query. Cellphone has already given to Micromax service center.
Still service center has not received the parts from company.If you can not able to parts to service center on time, why are micromax still continue this products? It should be discontinue.
