Its been almost 2 months since i submitted my mobile to the customer care. I brought micromax express 4g on 14th january 2016 and got a problem on 29th march 2016 related to sim slots not detecting my any of my sim cards. I submitted mobile to micromax care on 30th march 2016 but it still not repaired yet... I was expecting for replacement, just last week they confirmed for replacement but said that they will still take 1 month. Whenever i check using jobsheet no. Or imei no.
