[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Product defect in canvas 5 is not addresses with warranty. | |||||
I have purchased a micromax canvas 5 mobile phone, [protected], on 16 non 2015. It is promised to have one year warranty from the Micromax World Kochi from where the same is purchased. The mobile lost its start button. I wanted the mobile urgently repaired/replaced. I have taken the mobile to Micromax care Kochi, where they have not entertained the warranty. And was advising me to avail out of warranty service for a hefty charge of over 1000 rs. I am concerned with this response from Micromax. Looking forward for support.
