[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Purchased mobile Micromax model no.GC313 on 30.04.16 defect in receiving SMS from Different organisation like Bank,CESC etc | |||||
Unfortunately since purchase of this mobile I am not receiving any SMS from bank, CESC and other organisation excepting from individuals. I visited several times to your franchisee situated at Dumdum (near private Road Bus Stop) but no fruitful result is received. Instead I have been neglected & avoided my request for solving the existing problem as above. Today I contacted your helpline no.[protected] and informed about my problem. But here is also I am failed. Sir, Did I do anything wrong by purchasing your product and to roam at your door again and again. If it be so then why? I think it is your duty to solve the problem at the earliest. Keeping in my mind mobile is very much useful now a days that is why It is very much essential from your part to look into the matter so that I donot face any further problem.
