Micromax Informatics Pvt. Ltd. — To replace a Micromax Bolt A-61 handset

Last year on[protected] I had purchased Micromax Bolt A-61 handset from City Collection, Nagpur. since that day I am having Touch screen problem. I had submitted my handset to Micromax Service center, Nagpur for 3-4 times but after 5-6 days of repairing the handet I always had a same problem. When I asked them To replaced the same handset which is in Warrenty period they are not responding properly. I had aslo write a letter and Maild on 18 March 2015 to Customer care Officer, Micromax Informatics Pvt. Ltd for the same but no reply from their side too. kindly help me into this. Chetana D.
