I have given my phone in service center in secunderabad (Sri dhatre mobiles — dimond towers shop no 13, 14, between taj tri star & hotel bleson taj mahal, opp manju theatre (Ph :- [protected] - nagole), to change my display glass as it was broken, before giving it even in broken display it was working awesome with super sound, but after they changed the display, i have been facing lot of problem, like sound is completely gone as no clarity in it mite be paper of speaker is torn, and how much ever i keep for charging, it is getting down, i am facing same problem even if i keep other battery, i feel they have changed the speaker from my phone and don't know why charging is getting down, this service center is disgusting, which screwed my happiness, this service center is spoiling company name, i have never faced this problem as i bought this phone 4 or 5 years back, i want a strict action to be taken on this service center... I want my phone to serviced or else i'm going to complain in consumer court...!!! Was this information helpful? |
