Micromax Informatics — Refusing to service during warranty period at rourkela | |||
Hand over the dead mobile phone for repairing at rourkela vide job sheet no. E[protected], on dated[protected], after a long wait it was delivered but again it became dead. As a result it was again deposited at service centre for repair. After few days it was stated that the battery no. Is not there and refused to repair the mobile. The fact is that i have neither replaced the battery nor taken to any other service centre for repir. What ever done is by service centre at rourkela. Moreover, battery is inbuilt in this model so it is not removable. I am surprised that a company like micromax is doing like this and making harrassment to customer. I have observed several such type of harrassment by service centre at rourkela because i use to visit there frequently as my entire family members use micromax mobile.
