Hello, After many services done (I am really not sure if it was the case) thru your authorised service center in coimbatore, tamilnadu, i am writing this email with high stress due to my wrong selection on buying this mobile thru amazon. Here are the list of issues of this mobile which was purchased on 11nov 2015. 1. After few weeks o[censored]sage, sim got deactivated by itself often. 2. Started to repair this device for more than 5 times thru authorised service provider but it had never worked continuously for 2days after each service. I doubt if you people were just returning back it without doing anything every time as it is the result i have been getting. 3. Last time i got this mobile from service center was 14th may which was working fine for few hours and sim went to deactivate mode automatically (This is what asked to repair for 5 times) 4. Now i don’t know what to do with this phone as anyway you would return the same phone with same “not working condition” if i approach your service center by 6th time. 5. I was requesting your authorised service centre to replace this mobile with new one. But got no favour. 6. This mobile was being used (Or kept) mostly by your servicing people than me from the date of purchase. 7. Please advice on what should i do as my transport cost to service center has exceeded than this mobile cost. I am writing this email with little hope to get the solution on this. i gave my in micromax service center but they did not retun my mobile and consume 30 days longer Third class service provider.

mobile is not getting charged..in 6 hrs it charge froms 2% to 40% only, even sometimes phone is on charging and battery power drops from 14% to 2% i tried by changing charger but still problem is same35%
