Micromax Informatics — Regarding no follow up with faulty mobile phone (knight 2) | |||||
Hi team, This is to inform that i was purchased kinght 2 few month back and mobile device suddenly got hanged and not able to up due to this i lost my contacts and all data from phone. As i complained micromax, they ept my phone for 1 month and replace it in 1 month as said this is new phone and in actual that was used phone. After using that phone in same month, i faced the same issue & lost again all data and as i complained they said now you need to submit phone in micromax center, i went there and they picked up my phone without any acknowledgment and now 1and half month, there is no call from micromax to any confirmation regarding my phone. This is very pathetic service given by micro max as i was first user to share my experience by using this phone. I was expecting something good response from customer care but as i tried to call customer care many times, however call were busy or disconnected by customer care executive without providing the status of my phone. In 1 year, my phone was in customer care for 3 months, how can micromax provide such warranty as device keep always in service center.
