[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Regarding phone status | |||
I purchased Micromax canvas (Q380) from your esteemed company on June 28, 2015 (copy enclosed). After few months it was not working properly, mainly its screen. I visited your service centre and deposited my phone in service centre on April 20, 2016. I was told that it will be repaired within 21 days and returned back after 21 days. I have called several times in micromax customer care no [protected] but did not get any appropriate response. It’s been almost more than 2 months and I am still waiting for my phone. I have visited twice but the Service Centre is not at all taking care of my problem. This has caused a great distress towards Micromax Company and I really feel harassed and humiliated. It seems that I have committed a mistake by purchasing a mobile from Micromax. Was this information helpful? | |||
