Micromax Informatics — Screen getting yellowish | |||||
I have purchased a Micromax Nitro 4G E455 but now it is having a problem in screen. the entire screen has become yellowish. I have called to your customer care executive so many times and they have assured me that i will get a call from micromax and the handset will be replaced. but i dont know whats the problem with you guys i havn't seen this kind of wrost service from any company. I have called around 10 times but i haven't got even a sigle call from you. this is the worst experience of my life. let see what happen now. my mobile number from which i have made complain is [protected] still i m hoping to get a response from you people. please dont give me any chance to take any step against the micromax company.
