I bought Micromax X-710 (Micromax – X710 – [protected]) mobile on 15th January 2016. Within 2 months Mic is not working properly. I approached your Authorized service Center at Kandanchavadai-Chennai-96. They told me to handover my Phone for next 10 days to change the Mic, because spares stock is not available. After discussing with the executive (executive name - Nirmala) I have requested them to inform me once they received the spare. But they insisting me to hand over the phone for next 10 days, if not they request me to go for any other service center to recover this mic. On above I have a doubt it’s that service center needs a Customer phones to raise a Spare Request? I kindly request you to look on this issue and do the needful. I am send a mail below mention email ID's [protected]@micromaxinfo.com phonecare.[protected]@gmail.com Still now I have not yet received any proper reply from there. My Doubit: it’s that service center needs a Customer phones (more than 14 days) to raise a Spare Request? If the Customer handover the phone to service center for changing repair spare parts for more than 2 weeks, then customer lost lot. Is this your procedure? I kindly request you to look on this issue and do the needful. Please let me know for the further steps to recover my phone mic. I want to know the status of the Job sheet for requesting Spare.
