Micromax Informatics — Smart phone a 108,

I had given my smart phone which is micromax a 108, which had a touch pad problem to, shubham telecom services, nashik, from 08 april 2016 but till now they dont have given my phone back, not even my problem is solved, even they dont have provided me online jobsheet number. Whenever i call them the lady says that you will get your phone within 3 4 days but till now no action is taken, kindly look in to the issue & confirm back.
