Micromax Informatics — Software crash in micromax - 4g set | |||||
I have brought a new micromax - 4g dual sim mobile from distributor in moradabad. After inserting the sim in 2 slot, it got hanged and nothing was displayed there. Screen totally turns into black. Even after trying it to switch off, it not getting off. Next day, i took to the mobile to shop from where i brought it. Then the shopkeeper says that send it to service center. Technical from service center says that problem with its software is occured. Job no[protected]. 22 days has already passed from taoday and i do not get my mobile. How critically i buy that mobile.
