Micromax Informatics — Stalling product replacement for the past 6 months | |||
Hi, For the past 6 months, I have contacted micromax several times to move ahead with the replacement of my laptab lt666 which is within warranty. The stated product falls into so called "premium" services where micromax comes to you for product replacement. Even after customer care assuring the replacement within 8-10 days, my laptab is still not replaced. Find the various complaint numbers registered by me on their website: SERV[protected] SERV[protected] and several other times and yet no replacement was done. Find the below details of the Laptab: Model: LT666 IMEI number: [protected] My current address is as follows: Aricent Gurgaon Campus Tower 4 and 5, Unitech Info Space Tikri, Sector 48, Sohna Road Gurgaon, Haryana 122001 Replace the device ASAP.
