Hi i have bought micromax tab from Chroma store vide bill number. SLF02A[protected]micromax tab p480, Sr no. [protected]) but I am highly disappointed with the product quality and after sale service. It was gifted to my son on his birthday but he has used only for 2-3 months in total. As it was dead after one month and i sent it to your service station and they took 2-3 months and did not change the tab, instead they repaired it. it was again dead and now it is lying since 3-4 months and they r saying i have to pay 4000 to repair. this kind of after sale is very disappointing. My tab was lying dead since i bought and i request you to replace it with the new one since this is quality issue and the product was not good and is still under warranty.
