Micromax Informatics — Touch problem in micromax tab | |||||
I bought a micromax tab f666 for rs. 7, 500/- from poorvika mobile, tower junction, nagercoil on[protected]. On the first day itself there was problem in touch. As it was manufacturing defect i informed about it to poovika and also in micromax service centre at nagercoil to replace a new tab and submitted the tab to them. They prepared a job sheet on[protected] no. S[protected] and informed me that it will be replaced within 21 days. But i did not receive the tab till today, already it is 38 days past. I have contacted the micromax cutomer care and poorvika customer care but there is no response from them. So i am put into mental agony. I invested the money and with out the tab i am wantering here and there to poorvika and micromax. So i request you to arrange the tab (New) within 3 to 4 days, otherwise i will be forced to take necessary steps legally through consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
