Micromax Informatics — Unethical and unprofessional behavior and false promises | |||||
I have submitted my Micromax Canvas Knight A350 at one of the service stations which became dead during the time of warranty with job sheet no. N[protected] on 14/12/2014. Inspite of several complains with complain no. SER[protected], MMX[protected], SER[protected] at your customer care no. I have been made false promises and each time i call they ask for 15 days more time . I would request you to look into this matter seriously and provide me with my handset repaired or provide me a new handset as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
